Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel was truly comfortable and beautiful, with all the necessary facilities in the room, a good size, and very bright. The location was fantastic, close to the train station and city attractions, making it ideal for my purpose. The service was helpful and considerate, always available to assist. The dining experience was nice, but could have had more choice and quantity at a slightly high price point.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean with excellent views of the lake, making my stay very comfortable. The staff was really nice and polite, but I had to request the citypass. The location is ideal, right by the waterfront with top-class restaurants nearby, close to city attractions, and quiet for a peaceful stay. However, the dining options were a bit sad, and prices were expensive.
The hotel had wonderful rooms that were very clean and plenty big enough for our needs. The service, while not as friendly as most others, was still very helpful. The location was just perfect, being central and convenient, but unfortunately, the dining was quite poor for a 4-star hotel. Overall, my stay was enjoyable with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel offers great views over the Rhone and the city's rooftops to the snow-capped mountains, but the rooms are quite tired and need some TLC. Though missing an iron and ironing board when needed most, the rooms are spacious, clean, and functional.
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and cozy, although I was a bit disappointed that my room didn't have the river view as advertised. The coffee situation was a bit strange as well. However, the service was top-notch, with extra polite and helpful staff, particularly the doorman. The location was perfect, right on the lake and within walking distance to the cathedral and train station. The dining experience was decent but a bit overpriced, and I wish there were more options available. Overall, a lovely boutique hotel in a fantastic location.
The hotel rooms were big, nicely decorated, and very clean, but unfortunately, they backed onto a noisy service area with machines kicking in every hour through the night. Despite the excellent rooms and location, the front desk staff made my stay less enjoyable.
