The location was superb. It allowed easy access to many attractions. The staff provided assistance when needed. I found a coffee station in the lobby. It was a nice touch for a quick refreshment early in the morning. The room offered a beautiful view.

The decor was dated. It could use an update to feel more modern. The bathroom size felt a bit awkward. I had some trouble with water getting on the floor during showers. The elevator was slow.

the location was perfect for exploring. i found the staff very pleasant. the room had shutters i could pull down and made it dark and quiet. (i slept so well!). i appreciated the free public transport pass.

the carpet in my room wasn't my favorite. that is not a big deal however.
